Meet The Leadership Team
Dr. Abel Daniel Ochigbo is the esteemed President and CEO of Sky Resource and Consultancy Limited, bringing over four decades of diverse experience in both private and public sectors. Dr. Abel has built a distinguished career marked by academic excellence and professionalaccomplishments.
He served in various capacities within the National Assembly, Nigeria, where his roles included Deputy Clerk (Administration) of the House of Representatives, Director of the Appropriations Department, and Clerk of various committees. His contributions were critical in shaping the legislative process and ensuring effective parliamentary administration. Before his public service, Dr. Abel held key positions in several companies, including the NASCO Group and PMC/JIB PLC. His leadership roles as General Manager, Commercial Manager, and Alternate Director were pivotal in driving business growth and strategic planning.
He has served on the boards of various organizations, including the Advocacy for Women with Disabilities in Nigeria, and has contributed to several national committees, such as the Anti-Corruption Committee of the National Assembly. He was also a member of the Federal
Government’s team on Public Expenditure & Financial Assessment (PEFA) in 2018. He holds a B.Sc. and MBA from the University of Jos, an M.Sc. from the University of Liverpool, and a Ph.D. from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, along with several prestigious
academic awards. A prolific writer, Dr. Abel has authored several books, including “Reflect for Effect: The Power in Words” and “Call to God’s Service and Integrity.” His works are well-regarded for their insights into leadership, ethics, and spirituality.
A seasoned leader, he has attended numerous international conferences and training programs, enhancing his expertise in areas such as parliamentary practice, leadership, and creative problem-solving.
Dr. Ochigbo continues to impact the lives of many through his leadership at Sky Resource and Consultancy Limited, where he leverages his vast knowledge and experience to provide strategic insights and solutions to organizations.
Luka Chollom Pam is a highly accomplished financial expert with over three decades of experience in Nigeria’s financial sector. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Jos and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. Mr Pam is a Chartered Stockbroker and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS), reflecting his deep expertise and commitment to the financial industry. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic thinking. As the Managing Director and CEO of PIPC Securities Ltd from 1997 to 2014, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a leading player in the Nigerian capital market. His tenure at
PIPC was marked by significant achievements, including overseeing key capital market operations, driving strategic initiatives, and successfully navigating the company through challenging economic environments.
Mr Luka’s academic and professional qualifications are complemented by his participation in the Senior Executive Course at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), where he honed his skills in policy formulation and strategic management. He has also contributed to various research projects, including studies on the Nigerian capital market’s role in economic development and the viability of mergers and acquisitions as corporate strategies in Nigeria.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr Luka has served on numerous special committees and boards, providing his expertise to initiatives such as the Plateau State Economic Empowerment and Development Strategy (SEEDS) and the Plateau State Technical Committee
on Privatization and Commercialization. He continues to be a key figure in the financial community, actively contributing to the development and implementation of policies that drive economic growth and stability.
Mr Luka Chollom Pam is passionate about corporate development and individual empowerment, and he remains committed to using his knowledge and experience to achieve corporate goals and motivate others to fulfill their destinies.
